| 摘 要： | 2007年11月1日国家发展和改革委员会、财政部等九部委联合颁布了<标准施工招标文件>和<标准施工招标资格预审文件>及相关附件,将于2008年5月1日开始实施.介绍和分析<标准施工招标文件>中通用合同条件的最新结构变化和主要内容变化,并将其与FID-IC施工合同条件(1999)以及建筑施工合同(1999)进行了比较研究,对使用该合同条件提出了相关建议,希望为我国相关人员学习、研究和使用这个最新的合同条件提供帮助.
