| 摘 要： | 以青海石油管理局长输管道中间站为对象，设计开发了一套长输管道输油站集散控制系统，并开发了一个适用于输油管道直接加热炉的自动点火控制和多变量燃烧热效率优化控制系统，介绍了系统组成、系统功能及控制。运行结果表明，该系统稳定可靠，提高了长输管线的经济效益。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the design and development of the distributed control system for the intermedia station of long-transport pipelines in Qinhai oilfield. An auto-igniting control strategy suitable for the direct firing furnace and optimizing heatefficiency control strategy was developed. The running results for one year showed that the system kept good stability and reliability. It can raise the economic profit of long-transport pipelines. |
