| 摘 要： | 在回顾JIT（Just In Time）生产方式和柔性生产方式基本内容的基础上，分析了两种生产方式各自的特点，提出了JIT生产方式中实施生产柔性化的有效措施，最后对弹性作业人数在生产柔性化中的应用进行了探讨。
