Abstract:
Summary The Turkistan catfish,Glyptosternum reticulatum, has highly sensitive electroreceptors (threshold voltage gradient 1 V/cm) that detect a voltage drop across the skin. These electroreceptors were found to be sensitive to magnetic stimulation.
