Enterprise Culture Theory and Its Practice in Textile Enterprises in Shaanxi

The enterprise culture served as an effective management approach is widely adopted by the west developed countries with remarkable results obtained. At present, the enterprise culture in China is still at the stage of sponeous learning and using as reference and ongoing discussion in the business management practice without forming a complete and systematic enterprise culture theory with Chinese characteristics. This paper discusses and summarizes the view points of enterprise culture theory and its practice in Shaanxi textile enterprises, finalizes the recognization of enterprise culture under the market economy and interprets the center construction of enterprise culture and testifies the practices of enterprise culture construction in Shaanxi textile industrial enterprises on the basis of which the conclusion is obtained the role of this newly-emerged management theory should be brought into full play so as to use it for reference in more modern enterprises.
