| 摘 要： | 本文叙述了几种动物组织细胞核及可提取性核抗原的制备。发现小牛胸腺细胞核含量相当于小鼠和兔肝的5～6倍,但仅相当于小牛肝脏和猪脾脏的2倍。对流免疫电泳证明,所有自上述动物组织制备的可提取性核抗原均含Sm和RNP。

The First Attempt to Prepare Nuclei and the Extractable Nuclear Antigens prom Some Animal Tissues |

| Abstract: | The preparations of nuclei and extractable nuclear antigens from some animl tissues have been described, I t has been found that the nuclear content of calf thymus is 4-5 times that ofmouse and rabbit livers, but only2 times that of calf liver and pig spleen. I t has been demonstrated by counter immunoelectr-ophoresis that all the extractable nuclear antigens prepared from the animal tissues contain Sm and RNP. |
