| 摘 要： | 从东北长白山脉的白眉蝮蛇(A.H.Ussurfensis)蛇毒中得到一种聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳纯的降压组份(Hypotensive cpmponent)简称HTC,该组份经过DEAE—Sephadex A_(50)和Sephadex G—75柱层析两步完成,HTC 不含碳水化合物,SDS—PAGE 电泳测得分子量为17500道尔顿,等电点为pH6.6,它具有精氨酸酯酶活性而没有出血活性,促凝,抗凝,纤溶等活性、也无磷脂酶A_2、蛋白质水解酶和L—氨基酸氧化酶的活性.按每公斤家兔体重静脉注入0.1mg HTC 其血压显著下降,数分钟后,血压基本上恢复正常.

| Abstract: | A Hypotensive component(HTC)has been isolated and purified from A.H.ussuriensis venom by means of the chromatography of DEAF-Sephadex A-50and Sephadex G-75.HTC has been proved to be homogeneous by polyacrylamide gel discelectrophoresis.Its molecular weight is 17500 by SDSPAGE and PI is 6.6.Biochemical analysis has shown that the HTC does not contain sacharide. HTC showes neither caseinolytic L-amino and oxidase or phospholipase A:activities,nor henorrhagic,fibrinoeytic antocoagulant,thrombin-like or lethalactivities,while it does have arginine ester hydrolase activities.An extinct decrease of blood pressure in rabbits after iv HTC 0.1mg/kgwas observed.The HTC caused a rapid decreae of blood pressure from 98mmHg to 40mm Hg,and it almost returned to its original value after a fewminutes. |
