| 摘 要： | 根据“学导式”教学法的基本原理,结合高师体育专业健美操教学实践,在高师体育专业健美操教学中应用“学导式”教学法.结果表明：与传统教学法相比“学导式”教学法的应用可以优化健美操的教学过程和教学效果.

| Abstract: | The teaching method of guided learning was applied on aerobic course for P.E major students of teachers college on the foundation of its basic principals and aerobic practical teaching.It indicates that the application of this teaching approach can better improve the quality of teaching process and effect of aerobics comparing to traditional teaching method. |
