摘    要:利用D-M变换和点阵傅立叶变换对三维各向异性立方XXZ- Heisenberg铁磁系统的哈密顿量进行了对角化,得到了系统的自旋波谱(磁振子谱)及基态能量.推导出系统的配分函数、比热的解析表达式,讨论了系统的比热随不同物理量的变化规律.对其特殊情况下的结论进行了讨论.系统的比热随系数△增大而减小,当系数△<0.3时,C/...

Abstract:In this paper,the Hamiltonian of three-dimensional-anisotropic cubic XXZ-Heisenberg ferromagnetic system was diagonalized by using D-M transformation and Fourier transformation of the lattice.The spin wave spectrum and ground state energy of the system were obtained.The partition function of the system and the analytical expression of specific heat were derived,and the specific heat of the system was discussed along with the variation of different physical quantities, and also discussed the conclusion in sp...
