摘    要:介绍以离子敏场效应晶体管(ISFET)和葡萄糖氧化酶膜组成的生物传感器的研制。根据实验结果,讨论了传感器的工作特性,利用此生物传感器检测葡萄糖溶液的浓度范围、响应时间及温度效应等工作曲线。

Abstract:Using an ionic sensitive field effect transistor (ISFET) as a detector, the development of the biosensor is presented. The glucose oxidase (GOD) is immobilized on the face of ISFET and the biosensor is thus prepared. The characteristics of the biosensor are discribed and the linearity range, response time and the temperature effect are also given. The biosensor is also used to determine the concentration of glucose.
