几种钎头用钢的基本性能比较

摘    要:在凿岩工作环境中为了满足凿岩钎头的性能要求,通过对常用钎头用钢(40Cr,45CrNiMo1V,30CrNi3Mo)采用的880℃油淬加580℃回火油冷的热处理制度,再进行多冲击疲劳试验,拉伸试验,耐磨性试验的比较,得出综合性能优越的45CrNiMo1V作为液压钻车用螺纹连接柱齿钎头钢体用钢.

Abstract:In order to meet the performance requirements of drill bits in working environment of drilling rock,the steels for drill bits(45Cr,45CrNiMo1V,30CrNi3Mo) were taken heat treatments as 880 ℃ oil quenching and tempering in 580 ℃ oil colding.Then impacting fatigue test,tensile test and wear resistance test were taken for such steels.Through comparison,45 CrNiMo1V with superior comprehensive performance is used as threaded coupling column chisel bit steel for hydraulic drill vehicle.
