Discussion on Several Problems of Banks' Carrying out the Debt Recombination of Enterprises

Starting from the core nature of enterprises' debt recombination,this paper analyzes on how the banks should to control the debt recombination of the enterprises flexibly,points out some problems needing banks' attention in the debt recombination of the enterprises,and probes into how the banks to prevent the behavior of the enterprises' avoiding the debt of the banks by utilizing the debt recombination.
