| 摘 要： | 安全危机是大学各类危机中最棘手的一类。社会转型和校园矛盾增多使大学安全管理面临新形势,准确认识科学分类是预防处置大学安全危机事件的前提和基础,大学安全危机预警体系构建应从组织管理、教育培训、研判预报和后勤保障等四方面入手,完善制度和机制,将危机隐患化解在萌芽阶段,维护大学校园安全稳定。
