微齿轮超声复合电解加工工艺设计与试验

摘    要:用微细电火花线切割方法制作加工微齿轮的工具电极;完善超声复合电解加工试验系统,选取硬质合金进行微齿轮超声加工、超声复合电解加工和超声复合同步脉冲电解加工试验.结果表明:超声复合电解加工具有加工精度高、加工效率高的特点,超声复合同步脉冲电解加工具有更好的加工精度和表面质量.

Abstract:The electrodes for micro-gear machining are manufactured by micro-electrical discharge wire cutting.The ultrasonic combined electrochemical machining system is improved.Micro-gears are machined from some hard alloy {materials} by ultrasonic machining,ultrasonic combined electrochemical machining and ultrasonic combined synchronizing pulse electrochemical machining.By comparison,it is found that combined ultrasonic and electrochemical synchronizing pulse machining have some technical advantages such as highe...
