香菇花菇形成因素的研究

摘    要:从香菇品种特性、温度、菇木含水量、空气相对湿度等几个因素的研究表明,花菇的形成并非某一品种固有的遗传特性,其关键的环境因子是湿度,在菇木和环境空气相对湿度“内湿外干”的情况下有利于花菇的形成。

Abstract:In this paper,the study for the factors of lentinus edodes(Berk)sing,strain specific property , temperature , mushroom log' s containing water, air humidity etc shows that the form of flower mushroom is not innate inheritance specific property of some strain the key environmental factor is humidity in the condition of the mushroom log is wet inside and the air humidy is dry outside",the flower mushroom is easy to form.
