小波变换用于心电信号高频成份的分析

小波变换是一种线性运算，它对信号进行不同尺度的分解，可有效地应用于如信噪分离，提高时频两域的分辨率等。讨论小波变换用于心电QRS波形高频成份特征提取的方法。实验结果表明高频截止频率fH和W值，对于心肌缺血（冠心病）者其值普遍高于无心肌缺血（冠心病）者。并且揭示了急性心肌缺血时心电信息的高频成份动态变化的本质。

The Analysis of Wavelet Transformation for High Frequency Components from Electrocardiosignal

Wavelet transformation is a linear opreation that decomposes a signal into components that appear at different scales.It is used to separate signal noise and to enhance resdution ability of time-frequency domain effectually. In this article, the analysis of wavelet transformation is used for high ferquency components from QRS wave form.The results show that myocardial ischemia is significantly higher than the control group in f H and W value.The change of high frequency component (HFC)in acute myocardial ischemia is a dynamic course with the change of the ischemic time and the ischemic scope.HFC is a part of the normal electrocardiac activity.Not only does it belong to the disease myocardium,but its abnormal change is a sensitive index of patholgical condition.It is considered that the mechanisms of HFC are the heterogeneity or disynchronization of the eletrocardial activity,the anisotropy of myocardial tissues and the decrease of myocardioc generating units.The three-dimensional spectrum analysis based on wavelet transformation,which objectively reflects the full view of the high frequency electrocardio signals,is a prospective method to deal with the electrocardiosignals.
