摘    要:研究了在pH=5.0的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,微量铬(VI)催化H2O2氧化茜素红和亚甲基蓝褪色的指示反应。建立了双波长双指示剂催化动力学光度法测定微量铬(VI)的新方法。方法的线性范围为1.0-5.0μg/25 mL,检出限为2.57×10-3μg/mL。该方法操作简单,灵敏度较高,选择性良好,用于化工用水中微量铬(VI)的测定,回收率在98.5-102.5%之间,结果满意。

Abstract:A new dual-wavelength dual-indicator catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace chromium(VI) was studied.The method was based on the chromium(VI) catalyzing oxidized of alizarin red and methylene blue mixed indicator fading reaction by hydrogen peroxide in the HAc-NaAc medium.The method has been applied satisfactorily to the determination of heavy metals chromium(VI) ions in chemical water samples with recovery of 98.7% ~ 100.3%.
