中子管离子源脉冲工作特性的研究

摘    要:利用实验方法研究了中子管离子源的电离特性,其中包括电离时间的延迟特性;不同气压下电离电流和脉冲电压幅值的关系;不同气压下电离脉宽和脉冲电压幅值的关系;气压和加热电流的关系,并对实验曲线进行了分析,确定了C/O测井中选择气压和阳极电压参数的原则和方法。

Abstract:The ionization characteristics of ion source for neutron tube were researched by the method of experimentation. They were the delaying characteristic of the ionization time, the relation between ionization current and amplitude of pulse pulse voltage under different pressure, the relation between pulse width of the ionization and amplitude of pulse voltage under differ- ent pressure, the relation between pressure and heating current. The experimental curves were analyzed. The principle and the method were given that ascertain parameters of anode voltage and pressure in C/O logging.
