涡轮流量传感器测量气液两相流的数值仿真与实验验证

摘    要:以Fluent软件为工具,采用双流体模型,对涡轮流量传感器测量体积含气率低于10%的气液两相泡状流进行了数值仿真.提出了以仪表系数迁移量为评价涡轮流量传感器测量气液两相流性能的方法.通过对传感器内部流场的分析可知:随着入口体积含气率的增加,叶片吸力面侧、叶片尾缘附近的气相体积分数明显增加,导致传感器仪表系数迁移量明显增大.以现有传感器与改进传感器的仪表系数迁移量仿真值的对比为判定依据,对现有传感器进行了改进设计.在天津大学自动化学院气液两相流装置上进行了实验,验证了该改进设计的有效性.

Abstract:Based on two-phase turbulent flow model,the numerical simulation of gas-liquid two-phase bubble flow in a turbine flowmeter was investigated with Fluent software when the volume void fraction was less than 10%.A method to evaluate the performance of turbine flowmeter by meter factor variation was put forward.The internal flow fields of flow-meter were analyzed.The result shows that with the rise of volume void fraction at inlet,the air phase volume fraction at the suction side and the rear of blade explicitly increases,which leads to the rise of meter factor variation.According to the com-parison of simulated value of meter factor variation between the existed and improved flowmeter,the rotor structure of the existed flowmeter was improved.Through the experiment on the gas-liquid two-phase flow facility in School of Electrical Engineering and Automation of Tianjin University,the validity of the improved design for turbine flowmeter was verified.
