关于中国东北地区泥炭矿评等分级的探讨

根据中国东北地区泥炭资源的特性、蕴藏状况和利用特点，给出了泥炭矿的定义，并以泥炭矿为例，从质和量两个方面进行分析－综合，探讨泥炭矿评等分级的影响因子及其指标、指数等系统，以便达到充分发挥泥炭资源的自然生产力，促进沼泽业可持续发展的目的。

Research on the Selecting of the Modle for Water Pollution Control

This paper briefly introduces three types of pollutant control modle:concentration control,total quantity control and double track control.The total quantity control also has three types: total quantity control based on environmental capicity(EC),based on target and based on industrial-chracter.To choose a stuitable pollutant control modle is the key precondition for the effective water pollution control. This paper summarizes six basis for the selecting of water pollutant control modle ,as well as the selecting technical route.This research were used in the water pollution control of the Tumenjiang River basin, which proved the results of this paper were useful.
