| 摘 要： | 用数学的方法推导全电流定律，指出了似稳态情况下，用毕奥－莎伐定律求得的磁场与用全电流定律求得的磁场是一致的，得出了全空间的位移电流对磁场的贡献为零为一结论。

| Abstract: | This paper derives the total current law, which points out that the magnetic field calculated with Biotsavert law is the same as that calculated with the total current law in steady-state case. and it draws the conclusion that the displacement current in total space does not contribute to the magnetic field. |
