西柏坡红色旅游是一个地域性产品,承载着丰富的红色文化内涵和重大的教育功能,其经济功能需要通过多种游憩需求的有效组合和产业化发展来实现。坚持把社会效益放在首位的原则,遵循旅游产业发展基本规律,整合西柏坡及其周边区域的旅游资源,构建西柏坡旅游产业体系,建立西柏坡景区管理新模式,培育西柏坡精品旅游线路,形成以红色旅游为核心、多种旅游业态并存的红色旅游产品组合,是西柏坡红色旅游的发展方向,也是西柏坡红色旅游带动县域经济发展的基本路径。

Study on Industrialization Development of Red-tourism in Xibaipo

Red-tourism in Xibaipo, bearing sufficient red-culture connotation and important educational function, is a regional product whose economical function fulfillment needs efficient combination and industrialization of diversified recreation de- mands. In order to promote the industrialization and sustainable development of red-tourism in Xibaipo, we are supposed to put social benefit first, follow the basic law of tourism industry, integrate tourism resources in Xibaipo and its perimeter zone, structure its tourism industry system, establish a new scenic spot management mode for Xibaipo, foster its competitive tourist lines and form a red-tourism product mix combined taking red-tourism with various tourism types as the core.
