圆缺孔板在油气双相流量测量中的应用

摘    要:本文介绍了利用圆缺孔板和罗兹流量计组合进行油气双相流量测量的研究。在被测介质干度x=0.001~0.752范围内,采用分相动量模型和修正能量模型进行数据整理。试验结果表明,在上述范围内,各项数据的均方根误差均小于10%,且采用动量模型整理数据的结果要优于修正能量模型。

Abstract:Two parametric flow measurement in air-oil two-phase flow plays an important role in the oil or gas field production, many scholars all over the world are now devoting themselves to the study of this measurement technology.The segmental orifice has a marvellous function for the metering of the fluid with some impurities, and is well suitable for measuring gas-oil mixture in the oil or gas field.This paper reviews a measurement of air-oil mixlure flow by the collection of Rossmeter and segmantal orifices, and treats the experimental data with the separated flow momcniun theoretical wodel and improved energy model. The test shows that the root mean square fractional deviations are less than 10%.Finally, the authors arrive at the conclusion. to treat the experiment data for an air-oil mixture, the momentun mcdel is much better than the improved energy model.
