| 摘 要： | 以四要素模型为基础,采用石家庄市1998-2007年的相关统计数据,回归分析了石家庄市经济产出与劳动投入、物质资本投入、人力资本投入之间的关系。重点分析了人力资本对石家庄市经济增长的贡献,得出了石家庄市人力资本对于经济增长的拉动作用高于物质资本,并有很大提升空间的结论,最后从石家庄市实际出发,提出了有针对性的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The focus of this paper is to analyze the role of human capital in economic development of Shijiazhuang City. In this paper, the four elements of the model based on the use of relevant data were used for the analysis of the human capital in terms of its coritribution to the economic growth of the city. And it also gives some proposals on the development of the economy of Shijiazhuang City. |
