摘    要:应用三维大变形弹塑性有限元法,对方矩形管第一道镒辊弯成形过程中金属流动规律以及 应力分布进行了模拟分析。文中考虑了轧件的弹复,保证了下一道次为形历史的延续,从而为真实模拟方矩形宫续辊弯成形过程奠定基础。本文的结果对辊弯成形中的产品质量的控制和孔型的优化有着重要意义。

Abstract:This paper presents a simulation analyses of metal flow ruler and stress distributions of square rectangle tube's roll-forming process in the first pass by using 3D large deformation elastic-plas- tic finite element method. Workpiece's spring-back is considered in this paper, deformation's history is assured in the next pass, and then square rectangle tube in continue roll forming process lay a foundation. The simulation results are useful for product quality and the profile designed in continue roll forming.
