铜/钢反向凝固过程数值模拟中接触热阻的处理

摘    要:以液固相反向凝固法生产的包铜钢线为研究对象,提出了反向凝固过程中在数值模拟时铜-钢界面处接触热阻的处理模型.在选择合适的热阻参数条件下,模拟结果和实验结果基本吻合.

Abstract:The model of dealing with the heat resistance at the interface of Cu/Fe in the numerical simulation of temperature fields of copper clad steel wire produced by liquid and solid inverted solidification process is presented.The simutation results have good conformity to the experimental with the appropriate heat resistance coefficients.
