新型高效定量脱气器研制及试验研究

摘    要:新型高效定量脱气器采用定量泵、电加热器、脱气箱、真空泵等设计,可对钻井液进行定量采集、加热、高速搅拌以及负压抽吸,且具有温度控制系统和数据采集检测系统,实现对钻井液在线油气分析;同时新型高效定量脱气器按照井场防爆要求设计,防爆等级达到Ⅰ级,满足油井使用要求。结果表明:新型高效定量脱气器采液流量为0.5L/min,能够脱出C_1~C_8、苯、甲苯等气体组分,并且其对C_1的脱气效率在50%左右,是同环境下电动脱气器的6~10倍。新型高效定量脱气器工作可靠、性能稳定,且其脱气效率远高于同环境下的电动脱气器。

Abstract:The new efficient quantitative degasser used the design of quantitative pump, electric heater, degassing tank and vacuum pump, can quantitatively collect mud, heat mud, stir mud with a high speed, and suck mud in negative pressure. In addition, it contains temperature control system and data acquisition test system, realizes the mud analysis of oil and gas online. Meanwhile, the degasser was designed in accordance with the well field of explosion-proof, and the level of explosion-proof can reach grade 1. The results show that the rate of sample mud for the new efficient quantitative degasser is half a liter per minute, and C1-C8, benzene, toluene and so on gas composition can be degassed by it. Also, the degassing efficiency of the new efficient quantitative degasser is about fifty percent, which is 6-10 times higher than the degassing efficiency of electric degasser under the same environment. The performance of new efficient quantitative degasser is reliable and stable, and the degassing efficiency is much higher than electric degasser ''s under the same environment.
