| 摘 要： | 本文建立了生产和生活污水发生、集中处理和排放、水系水质等数学模型,讨论了经济发展和水环境保护的多种目标.将目标和模型相结合,形成了水系水质的多目标规划问题.求解这一问题所得结果可供水系经济环境规划提供定量的参考依据.

| Abstract: | In this paper established are mathematic models of such items as the occurrence of industrial and domestic sewage,the central sewage treatment and discharge,the water quality of drainage,and so on.The objectives of both the development of economy and the protection of water environment are discussed and then,by means of containing these objectives and models,a multiobjective programming problem of drainage water quality is formed,the solution to which provides a quantitative reference basis for the study of economic environment of drainage. |
