菌群优化算法研究综述

摘    要:菌群优化算法是一种模仿大肠杆菌觅食行为的新兴的群智能优化技术。介绍了菌群优化算法的基本原理,给出了算法改进及其应用,总结了现有菌群优化算法存在的问题,并指出其未来的研究方向。

Abstract:Bacterial foraging optimization(BFO) is a relatively new swarm intelligent algorithm,which is inspired by the foraging behavior of Escherichia coli in human intestines.In the paper,the basic principle,improvements and application of the algorithm are presented.Finally,the limitations and prospect of BFO are discussed.
