| 摘 要： | 互联网作为一个正在迅速发展的新型媒体，应该成为大学生进行思想道德素质教育的新途径。为此，高校思想宣传教育工作要直面网络信息时代，主动占领互联网阵地，充分利用互联网的特性探索出适应网络信息时代要求的高校宣传思想工作的管理方式方法，构建网络信息时代高校大学生思想宣传工作管理新框架。

| Abstract: | Network is developing increasingly into a new type of media,which should be used as a new approach of carrying out the ideological and moral education among the college's students.Therefore,to meet with the requirements of the information age,we should make the most of the network's specialities to work out a proper way of managing the college students' ideological and propagating work or to construct a new frame of management. |
