| 摘 要： | 用调整法加工零件时，传统的定位误差计算方法较为繁复，并且在判断基准位移和基准不重合误差的正负时较为困难。本文提出了一种新的计算定位误差的方法：定值法计算工件定位误差。通过列出要求尺寸Ay、定值尺寸W和相关尺寸Ag之间的关系式并且求出它们的微分，即可得到定位误差。此方法比较直观，不必对各项判断加减，因而计算准确，方便。
