| 摘 要： | 提出了合成富马酸二甲酯 (DMF)的一种方法 .以顺丁烯二酸酐为原料 ,用浓盐酸作转型剂制得富马酸 ;用浓硫酸做催化剂和甲醇进行酯化制得富马酸二甲酯 .总产率可达 88.6%.研究了催化剂用量、原料配比、反应温度、反应时间对产率的影响 ,确定了较佳工艺条件

| Abstract: | Gives a method by which dimthyl fumarte canbe synther,Cis-butylene diacid anbydride with concentration cholr hydric acid can make fumaric acid,Let fumaric acid and methynol happen the erterification in the catalyst of concentration sulfuric acid,maling the DMF,the total productivity can go to 88.6%.In these terts,we have studied the quantity of catalyst,the charge ratio,the temperature of reaction,the time of reaction and these factors,fluence on the productivity.And the best technological conditions were determined. |
