摘 要: | 售后服务是企业提高竞争力的关键因素。售后服务是企业在充分认识消费者需求的前提下,为充分满足消费者需求而在营销过程中所采取的一系列活动。随着经济全球化的到来,企业间的竞争日益激烈,售后服务越来越受到企业重视。本文通过大山车业售后服务方面出现的问题的阐述,并从一个一线客服人员的视角出发,给出了相应的解决方法。

Abstract: | After-sale is one of important factors to improve competitiveness in an enterprise.They are a lot of actions carried out by enterprises,to fully meet consumers demand in selling after enterprises fully recognize consumer demand.With economic globalization arriving,after-sale is more and more paid attention to by enterprises.This paper firstly expounds some problems in after-sale services in Dashan Vehicles Co.Ltd,and then puts forward proper ways by the sight of a consumer server. |
