高副低代在滚子直动从动件平面凸轮机构运动分析中的应用

摘    要:分析了滚子直动从动件平面凸轮机构,由凸轮的实际廓线求得凸轮的理论廓线.将滚子直动从动件平面凸轮机构转化成相应的尖顶直动从动件平面凸轮机构,然后运用高副低代的方法,把尖顶直动从动件平面凸轮机构转化成连杆机构进行运动分析.最后给出了一个验证算例.

Abstract:The kinematic analysis of a planar cam mechanism can be realized by applying substitute equivalent linkage instead of higher pair.The planar cam mechanisms with a roller translating follower are discussed.After finding the picth curve according to the cam contour,the planar cam mechanism with a roller translating follower are transformed into a planar mechanism with a knife-edge translating follower.Then the planar mechanism with a knife-edge translating follower is transformed into a linkage mechanism by applying substitute equivalent linkage instead of higher pair.After that the kinematic analysis is made and a demonstrating example is given.
