太阳能壁挂炉联合供热系统设计

摘    要:设计了太阳能和天然气联合供热控制系统,重点讨论了该控制装置的结构和电路系统的设计及实现. 系统内装有温度传感器、循环水泵和阀门, 通过单片机控制,测量管路各点的温度值,判别不同的工作模式,使系统按照预先设好的程序进行冷热水循环、换热, 实现2种供热系统的联合. 通过模拟不同的工况点,进行实验测试,结果表明,效果达到了预期设想,系统通过程序自动控制切换热源,供热装置提供的水温达到规定的要求,实现了节能减排的目标.

Abstract:In this paper, a solar energy and natural gas combined heating system is designed. The structure and circuit design of the control device are discussed in detail. The system is equipped with temperature sensors, circulating water pumps and valves. The temperature values of each point of the pipeline are measured by single chip computer control system, according to distinguish different working modes, the system can circulate cold and hot water and enhance heat transfer based on the pre-designed program, thus realizing the combination of the solar energy and natural gas heating systems. Through simulating different working conditions and testing, the results show that the expected effect has been achieved. The system can automatically switch the heat source through program control, and the water temperature provided by the heating device meets the specified requirements, The goal of energy saving and emission reduction has been achieved.
