摘    要:通过对耐酸铝性不同的两个大麦品种进行耐酸铝性鉴定表明,两品种的苗高、根长及干重受到的影响均存在显著差异。经酸铝培养液处理后,敏感品种“嵊县无芒六棱”体内铝元素含量显著增加,而营养元素的含量却明显降低。

THE INFLUENES OF ACID-AL ON THE MORpHOLOGY, GROWTH AND ABSORPTION OF ELEMENTS IN DIFFERENTLY TOLERANT CULTIVARS OF BARLEY
Abstract:Two barley cultivars (Shenxian awnless six_rowed and Zhepi two ) were identified for their acid_Al tolerance. This study showed that there was a significant difference between the shoot lengths, root lengths and dry weights of these two cultivars (P<0.01).After being treated by the acid_Al solution, the amount of aluminum in Shenxian aweless six_rowed which was sensitive to acid_Al greatly increased and that of the nutrient elements (P,Ca,K,Na,Fe and others) signigicantly decreased. Conversely, the amount of aluminum in Zhepi two, which was tolerant to acid_Al, increased very little between ck and treatment (P<0.05). The nutrient elements in Zhepi two decreased less than those of Shenxian awnless six_rowed although nutrient elements of Zhepi two were also decreased by acid_Al treatment.
