纳米活性碳酸钙改性聚氨酯软质泡沫的制备与吸油性能研究

摘    要:以聚醚多元醇和甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯等为原料,通过引入硅烷偶联剂连接的纳米活性碳酸钙制备出了新型聚氨酯软质泡沫,研究了该材料的制备方法、对不同油品的吸油性能以及重复使用性。结果表明,纳米活性碳酸钙能够对聚氨酯软质泡沫起到补强作用,反复使用1000次后,吸油性能无明显降低。

Abstract:A new type of flexible polyurethane foam was prepared by introducing nano active calcium carbonate connected with silane coupling agents, using polyether polyol and toluene-2,4-diisocyanate(TDI) as raw materials. The preparation methods, maximum adsorption capacity for different oils and repeated usage were studied. The results indicated that flexible polyurethane foam can be strengthened by nano active calcium carbonate, and it can be reused more than 1000 times without any oil adsorption property decreased.
