高校学报学术研究功能衰弱之内在原因

近年来，高校学报的学术研究功能呈现出整体下降的趋势，究其内在原因，主要是学报种数和容量的盲目增涨为“科技泡沫”提供了滋生的空间、编辑机制的不健全导致了论文审编失范，有效发行量太低起不到交流学术信息的作用。因此，高校学报应以增强学术研究功能为目的，采取控制种数和容量、建立健全规章制度、提高编辑专业素质等措施，优化结构、打造精品、提高学术质量。
