摘    要:采用 CT、核磁共振等断层扫描方法对牙齿进行反求时 ,受到硬件技术的限制 ,难以得到足够的轮廓数据 .故先对牙齿实物进行塑料模型、层切模型的制作 ,对层切模型进行铣削 ,并取得每层断面的图像 .将所得图像转换为数字形式 ,并将结果与牙体其他部分的 CT数据拟合 ,得到了牙齿的整体的数据 .依据所得的整体数据得到牙齿的曲面和实体造型 ,在曲面和实体造型的基础上 ,进行了造型快速原型实体复制和有限元分析等工作 ,为后续建立修复方案库等完成了前期基础工作

Abstract:The dental crown has many geometrical feature points and ganglesome occlusal surfaces in so small volume. Because of the machine's precision limit, it is difficult to get enough data by CT or MRI scanning methods at reconstructing such complex surface as occlusal surface. At first, make the plastic model and the model for layer scanning. And take photos of every new section when the model is milled by milling cutter, step by step. Then, transform data from photos type to 3D digital model. At last, the tooth surface and solid model are obtained by approximating CT data and data by layer scan method, and the result can be used to do other research, such as rapid prototype model and finite element analysis. All the models are the key works of further work, such as building rehabilitation model library.
