要构建一种发展性的高职教育质量保障体系,必须以学校自我监控为评价依据,以学校的发展为保障的对象,根据变动着的社会需要来调整学校的发展目标,经常性地诊断学校在发展中的关键因素,持续地关注学校发展过程,不断完善学校的发展机制。

The Construction of Quality Assurance System for Developing Higher Vocational Education

This paper suggests that a quality assurance system for higher vocational education should be constructed based on the self-supervision and development of the school, should be adjusted the development target in view of the dynamic social needs, the key issues in the process of school development so as to perfect the developing mechanism of the school.
