| 摘 要： | 身心健康是大学生成才的基础,大学生的体质和健康水平直接关系到未来高新科技队伍的健康水平和科技效益。长期以来,人们把身心健康仅仅理解为生理健康,而心理健康长期被忽视。通过对信理健康概念的论述及对影响大学生心理健康因素的分析,提出了高校体育应重视对大学生心理健康教育。

| Abstract: | The physical and mental healths hare become a foundation for university students. The health condition of university students has a direct relation with that of the future high - tech experts and workers. For a long time,people regard personal heath only as physcal health but ignore psychological health. In this article ,the author proposes that emphasis shoulol be put on the psychological heath. |
