循环流化床燃烧控制系统设计

摘    要:为解决循环流化锅炉燃烧控制问题 ,该文在多变量频域解耦控制理论的基础上提出了以被控参数床体温度来补偿调整煤量的新方法 ,既实现了主汽压控制回路的串级控制 ,又克服了循环流化床因煤的质量流量变化而引起床体温度波动的弊端。将此新方法试用于 35 t/ h循环流化床控制 ,取得了预期的满意结果。

Abstract:Frequency domain decoupling control theory was used to develop a new method which uses the CFB combustor temperature as a compensation adjustment to control the CFB combustion controling. This method not only realizes cascade control of the main steam pressure loop, but also overcomes one drawback of CFB that the CFB combustor temperature often fluctuates because of variations of the amount and quantity of coal, primary air and auxiliary air. The new method has been successfully used in a 35t/h CFB.
