摘    要:采用改良微孔板法, 考察pH、温度、培养时间和目标污染物浓度4 个环境因子对3 株氮杂环芳烃降解菌成膜的影响。结果表明, pH、温度、培养时间对生物膜的形成影响显著, 且各降解菌的最佳成膜条件分别为: BC026成膜的最适pH为7, 最适温度为35℃, 培养时间为36 小时; BW001成膜的最适pH为8, 最适温度为35℃, 培养时间为48小时; BW004成膜的最适pH为7~9, 最适温度为40℃, 培养时间为36小时。在0~1600 mg/L的目标污染物浓度内, 目标污染物对生物膜形成的影响不显著。

Abstract:The authors investigated how environmental factors (pH, temperature, incubation time and concentration of pollutants) effected three NHCs degrading strains’ biofilm forming. The results show significant effects of pH, temperature and incubation time on biofilm formation. The optimum environmental conditions for forming the maximum amount of biofilm is: pH=7, temperature 35°C, and incubation time 36 hours for BC026; pH=8, temperature 35°C, and incubation time 48 hours for BW001; and pH=7–9, temperature 40°C, and incubation time 36 hours for BW004. There is no significant impact on biofilm formation of any degrading bacterium exposed to 0–1600 mg/L of pollutant concentration.
