摘    要:本文从传热传质角度提出了回转窑直接还原热过程数学模型,对过程中12种基本参数的数值计算结果与实测结果基本吻合,还就窑内烟气传热量分布以及炉科在窑内耗能分布规律进行了讨论。

Abstract:A mathematical model including twelve variables to describe the thermal process in a counterflow rotary kiln utilizing the coal as main energy sources has been established. The corresponding nonlinear governing equations are simultaneously solved by using Runge-Kutta method and so the longitudinal distributions of process variables, such as burden temperature, flow gas temperature, pellets redu-cibility and flowing velocities of gas and materials etc, are given. Results calculated are basically in agreement with those measured. It is found that the heat in burden indirectly transferred from the inside wall of kiln is more than that from gas directly,and that in high temperature reaction zone the total heat in burden transferred from both the gas and inside surface are mostly consumed in Boudouard reaction rather than in the reduction reaction of pellets.
