| 摘 要： | “一切为了读者,为了一切读者,为了读者的一切”是图书馆改革、创新、发展的动力之本,只有树立“以读者为本”的办馆理念,才能真正做好图书馆的读者服务工作。介绍了“以读者为本”的丰富内涵,重点阐述了“以读者为本”的实施方略。

| Abstract: | The principle of "all for readers, for all readers, for all of readers" is the foundation of the reform, innovation and development of the library, only establishing the reader-based conception of running the library can truly do well the service for readers of the library. This paper introduces the abundant connotation of the readers-based conception, and emphatically expounds the strategy of practicing the readers-based conception. |
