釜用深槽型机械密封性能的有限元分析

摘    要:文中对高压低速深槽釜用机械密封的性能进行了分析,采用有限元法对密封环的变形,膜厚,膜压以及改变密封介质的压力,密封环的材料,端面开槽的形状和个数对密封性能的影响进行了计算,并与现场实验数据进行了对比,为高压机械密封的设计提供了参考依据。

Analyses of finite element of property about mechanical face seal with deep grooves in tower

Abstract:Under high pressure and lower speed, the property about mechanical face seal with deep grooves had been given an analysis in thesis. It applied finite element method to calculate deformation of seal ring and analysised the hydrodynamic effect between seal surface through changing shape of groove, number of groove, pressure of seal medium and material of seal ring. The data were compared with the results from the experimentat and a method for designing for mechanical seal under high pressure is proposed.
