校院两级管理模式下实验室共享机制的探索与实践

以浙江万里学院为例，通过加强平台实验室建设，完善实践教学体系，促进课程共享，研发网络管理平台，加强实验室开放，制定保障和激励政策等工作举措，探索和形成了实践校院两级管理模式下的实验室共享机制。

Exploration and Practice on Shared-Mechanism of Laboratory under the Reform of the Two-level Management System in the University

This article takes Zhejiang Wanli University as an example to show how to strengthen the platform laboratory construction, to consummate the practical instructional system, to promote curriculum sharing, to support research and development of network management platform, to reinforce the openingup of laboratories, to set up protective and incentive policies, and etc. It explores and formulates the laboratory-sharing mechanisms under the Two-Level Management System in the University.
