| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种运用磁检测技术,对钢丝绳生产现场进行在线、高速、高精度测长的方法。深入分析了钢丝绳的剩磁特性,以及励磁磁隙、钢丝绳运动速度与检测精度之间的关系;对励磁模块、剩磁传感器和检测电路的设计以及数字滤波、漏检监测、误差计算等进行了详细说明。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces magnetic measuring technique to measure the accurate length of wire strand online rapildy,analyzes remanent magnetism of wire strand,magnetic cavity and the relationship between wire strand movement speed and measuring accuracy and in detail introduces design,digital filtration,undetected monitor and error calculation of magnetic module,remanent sensor and measuring circuit. |
