| 摘 要： | 利用扭曲波玻恩交换近似方法计算了类氖Ｓｉ＾４＋离子的基态和亚稳态的电子碰撞直接电离截面和激发自电离截面，通过比较，指出了亚稳态离子电离贡献的重要性；在考虑亚稳态离子贡献的情况下，对最近首次给出的Ｓｉ＾４＋离子的电子碰撞电离实验结果给出了合理的解释。

| Abstract: | In this work,the electron impact direct ionization cross section and excitation autoionization cross section of the 2p6 ground state and the 2p53s metastable state for the Ne-like ion Si4+ are calculated by using the distorted wave Born exchange approximation. By comparing,the contribution from metastable ion is important. Good agreement with the recent crossed-beam measurements is obtained when the contribution from metastable ion is included. |
