降低深冲用8011H18合金材料制耳率的研究

摘    要:采用正交法设计了8011H18状态合金的生产工艺方案,按设计方案进行了生产工艺试验和力学性能测试,并用金相方法分析了工艺过程微观结构的变化,找到了深冲用8011H18状态合金的最佳生产工艺,其制耳率由5%降为2%左右,成品率由86%提高达96%左右,文中还对新生产工艺提高性能,降低制耳率的机理进行了探讨。

Abstract:In this paper,the preduction procedure of 8011H18 Aluminiufn alloy is designedby the means of orthogonal method. The production procedure exporiments were made according tothe designed procedure and the mechanical properties were tested. The changes of microstructure inproduction procedure were in vestigated with microscope. The optimal preduction procedure of8011H18 Aluminium alloy is developed,and the anti-theft cap material with fine deep drawing pro-cessabilivand low earing ration has been successfully produced. The earing ratio of the material de-creases from 5%to about 2%and the finished product ratio increases from 86%to about 96%,The mechanism of property improvement and caring ratio reduction of new production procedure has becn also discussed.
